WHAT I LIKED ABOUT THIS BOOK : When I was growing up, my mother had a framed saying that read “fish and relatives stink after three days”. I thought about that saying when I began to read ROOM FOR BEAR by Ciara Gavin. One spring day Bear decides to visit a cute duck family and never leaves, so what’s a duck family to do? Whenever ducks and bear decide to go in search of a home together, the adventure begins! Ms. Gavin’s wonderfully whimsical illustrations bring life to this cute story and I love the adorable solution to their housing problem. A nice addition to any library!
